About the role:
As a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for taking Wallbox’s recruitment function to the next level by supporting the Hiring Managers in finding the best SW talent for their teams.

You will:
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and processes
- Monitor and oversee the recruitment process and offer management
- Use data to create, measure and scale smart recruiting strategies and benchmark salaries
- Focus on SW and also having the opportunity to participate in various recruitment projects with other engineering departments

Requirements:
Must have:
- Around 4 years of experience in a similar position as a Tech Recruiter in a multination
