The _Customer Service Representative _is responsible for processing customer orders, complaints, credits notes, invoice management and dispute resolution. Delivers an enhanced customer experience through excellent customer communication, effective resolution of customer issues and a culture of continuous improvement. This position is part of the EMEA _Customer Service team _and this will be an on-site role in Barcelona

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Process customer orders in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures demonstrating excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review, input data and monitor EDI and digital order processing. Assist with EDI and digital platforms issues
- Track orders to delivery, problem solve delivery issues and strive for continuous improvement of OTD (On Time Delivery) metric
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice management & dispute resolution including credit note processing wor
