We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Talent Acquisition & People Partner to support our growing teams across Calamatta Cuschieri and Moneybase.

This is a hands-on role combining end-to-end recruitment with broader people partnering responsibilities. You will work closely with hiring managers and Heads of Department to attract great talent, improve employee performance and development, and support an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process,



from role intake and sourcing through interviews, selection, offers and onboarding handover.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, universities, career fairs, professional networks and other relevant channels.
- Screen and interview candidates, providing clear recommendations and market insights to hiring teams.
- Ensure candidates receive a professional, timely and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage our ATS and maintain accurate recruitment data, pipelines and reporting.
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, hiring costs and ROI, using data to continuously improve our approach.
