Key responsabilities:
Business & IT Relationship Management
- Gather, analyze,



and document business requirements for system enhancements and relay them to Fero.
- Act as demand manager, prioritizing and tracking evolution needs for the TMS.

System Integration & Coordination
- Analyze current and new integration needs with manufacturers and clients.
- Map and document system integration interfaces, ensuring alignment between Fero, the Integrations team, and manufacturers IT departments.
- Coordinate the end-to-end creation, testing, and deployment of integration solutions.

Support & Incident Management
- Monitor system performance and integration health post-deployment.
- Manage incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with Fero and internal teams.
- Follow up on maintenance and support services provided by Fero, ensuring SLAs are met.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and management on
