Our Team is in hypergrowth and we are looking for a

Airport Operations & Customer Experience Assistant | Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport

WHAT WILL YOU DO: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the International Airports & Customer Experience Manager and you will take care of the following activities:
- WELCOMING & PEOPLE SERVICES MANAGEMENT:
when irregular operations occur at the airports and passengers and crews need our support and services.
- PASSENGERS AND CREWS CARE:
using empathy and active listening when attempting to find solutions to customer problems.

Other activities: internal reporting, daily briefings with Carriers and Handlers and any further day-by-day tasks.

WORKING HOURS

The job is organized in two shifts per day (from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.), all year long, with the aim of supporting airport and transportation operations,



by providing assistance to airlines/handlers that may require our help at any time.
