The Opportunity: Purchasing Manager

As Purchasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the hotel’s financial and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Manager of Finance,



you will lead the Materials Management department, overseeing purchasing, storeroom, and receiving functions. Your mission will be to ensure cost-effective sourcing while upholding our standards of quality, luxury, and sustainability.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of all hotel goods and services.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure specifications meet operational needs.
- Optimize purchasing strategies through market analysis and trend monitoring.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee contract tender processes.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and corporate sustainability standards.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and monthly audits for efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee all procurement documentation and reporting for Accounting and Finance.
