Job Description Join Our Team as a Station Fleet Agent – Support Fleet Operations and Deliver Exceptional Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily inspection, servicing, and cleaning of the vehicle fleet to ensure they are ready for rent
- Ensure vehicles are road-legal and comply with the company's operational and safety standards
- Identify and report any vehicle damage or maintenance issues, coordinating with the fleet team to resolve them promptly




- Support the Station Fleet Manager in reviewing vehicle inventory, managing paperwork, and ensuring accurate fleet records
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely repairs, servicing, and vehicle returns
- Help manage daily fleet logistics, including reservations, returns, and vehicle movements
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining vehicle availability and supporting an efficient delivery and collection process

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational checklists
- Good communication skills for coordinating with internal staff and external vendors
- A proactive approach to identifying issues and working as part of a team to solve them
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and follow company driving standards
