Cross Border Talents is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join our international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish and Catalan speaking customers, handling accounts, subscriptions, billing, and technical queries with a friendly, professional approach.
Fluent Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2) plus good English (B1) are required, as is the ability to work 40-hour weeks on a rotating schedule.
