- Hit and exceed sales targets, maximizing every opportunity to deliver value.
- Engage customers with confidence, using proven scripts and discovery techniques to understand their needs.
- Stay sharp with an up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and processes.
- Deliver a world-class experience on every call friendly, professional, and solution-focused.
- Handle billing and account inquiries with clarity and accuracy.
