NCC Manager - Job Description

Role Purpose

The NCC Manager has overall accountability for NCC Valencia operations, service quality, compliance, and coordination with NCC Brindisi, ensuring both centres operate as one unified NCC under ISO 20000/27001 governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of NCC Valencia operations, including supervisors and operators
- Act as second‑level escalation point for major incidents and service issues
- Ensure seamless coordination with NCC Brindisi so both NCCs function as a single operational entity
- Report to SGITT management on incidents, risks, and service delivery impacts
- Attend and contribute to:
- Service review meetings with SGITT senior management
- Change Management Board meetings (as required)
- Own incident accountability for all incidents handled by NCC Valencia




- Lead risk management activities related to audits
- Participate in ISO/SISMS internal and external audits
- Approve, review, and maintain:
- SOPs, procedures, and guidelines followed by NCC
- Documentation provided by expert engineering teams
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of:
- Required service reports
- KPI and performance inputs
- Conduct staff awareness and compliance sessions

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant NCC / NOC / ICT operations experience
- ITIL v3 Expert _or_ ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) certification
- English proficiency: CEFR B2 or above
- Availability on‑site Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
