Your opportunity:
- The holder of the position will be responsible for the management of audit software tools, procedures, templates, performing of audits and the management of the external certification process
- Responsible for division: Automotive Components (BAC), BENTELER Automotive Modules (BAM) in all markets and General Business Functions & Service, Holding Functions (BIAG, BBS)
- Develops,



implements and maintains the audit management software tool and rolls it out globally
- Leads projects to develop the existing tools (e.g., SAP BI, Digitalization), including responsibility for the project budget
- Identifies improvement potentials in the audit management tool, evaluates the implementation options and aligns with internal and external stakeholders and implements in the tool
- Consults and supports in the implementation of internal and external audits, e.g., customer and supplier audits in the audit management tool
- Plans, executes internal system and process audits based on internal standards and presents the result to management of the audited area
- Plans, coordinates external audits with the audited area and the certification bodies
- Develops and conducts training courses and workshops
