To strengthen the advisory and customer support team, we are looking for a:
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES (Spanish and English)

Your mission:
You will guide clients throughout the entire information, selection, and service delivery process. Your role is essential to ensuring a high‑quality, professional, and empathetic customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales: managing incoming inquiries, providing product/service information, and effectively addressing customer needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: building strong, trust‑based relationships, understanding client needs, and proactively offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Funnel Management: managing your own sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, and ensuring timely follow‑ups through to closure.
- Planning and coordinating sales processes and service deliveries.




- Full end‑to‑end customer support throughout the entire journey.
- Collaboration: working closely with technical, training, and support teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
- Experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Advanced Spanish and English (frequent interaction with national and international clients).
- Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy.
- Driving license (B) and access to a private vehicle.

Highly Valued:
- Training or experience in advisory, training, or specialized service sectors.
- Catalan language skills.
- Sensitivity and empathy when working with clients with specific needs.

What we offer:

- Variable bonus:up to €30,000 gross/year.

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00-18:00h (Wednesday afternoon off).
