The Opportunity

commercetools is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning,



messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the commercetools Platform (the foundation and technical backbone of all our offerings), as well as related add-on products (Payment Hub and AI Hub) and ecosystem enablers (Agent Gateway, integrations and connectors).

This role requires a strong hands-on understanding of modern AI platforms and architectures. You will work closely with Product and Engineering on AI-powered capabilities, including large language models (LLMs), agentic systems, model orchestration, and AI platform integrations. Success in this role depends on being AI-literate enough to understand how these systems work, not just how to market them.

You'll help define and communicate the value of our connected commerce ecosystem, empowering customers, partners, and developers to innovate faster and smarter.
