JOB DESCRIPTION:
This job position is for the P2P (Purchase to Pay) department,



focused on supporting Germany tax invoices claiming process by promoting the issuance of invoices from suppliers and validating the ones received according to the fiscal requirements of the country.

Also, this role requires:
- Analytical & Consolidation Skills: Ability to collect, structure, and reconcile data to prepare accurate German VAT recovery reports submissions and exception analysis: Identifies non‑recoverable VAT cases (e.g., missing details, non-deductible categories) and flags patterns to prevent future errors.
- Support to teammates: Reviews colleagues’ invoice checks, helps resolve doubts about German VAT rules, and guides them on grey or complex cases.
- Training mindset: Shares best practices, common errors, and simplified guidance to elevate the overall capability of the team.

The employee will analyze the situation of German invoices reception to be able to prioritize the daily scope of work.
