We are seeking a People & Culture Officer to support the effective delivery of day-to-day people operations across Our Common Home’s general network.

The role is responsible for ensuring that core HR processes are well-run, compliant,



and consistently applied across a growing organisation operating in multiple countries and employment models. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on execution, coordination, and reliability.

The People & Culture Officer works closely with the People & Culture Director and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth people operations that enable teams to focus on impact.

Key responsibilities

The People & Culture Officer will be responsible for:
- Managing contracts and employment administration across multiple countries
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and consultants
- Acting as the primary point of contact with Employer of Record (EOR) providers
- Managing leave administration, HR documentation, and day-to-day people operations
- Maintaining accurate people data, records, and reporting to support compliance and internal oversight
