The Key Account Manager will lead the onboarding of new clients and ensure an excellent operational experience throughout the entire business relationship.



The selected person will be responsible for coordinating processes, managing the operational relationship with clients, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Coordination:
- Guide the entire onboarding process.
- Present methodology, processes, and communication channels to new clients.
- Adjust resources and processes according to client needs.

Contracts & Tariff Agreements:
- Define and implement SLAs and procedures.
- Maintain approved rates and collaborate closely with Operations.
- Monitor KPIs and manage deviations.

Client Operational Relationship:
- Conduct regular meetings and build a relationship of trust.
- Oversee PDAs and ensure compliance with specific requirements.
- Continuously monitor service quality.

Port Service Supervision:
- Track performance and manage escalations.
- Maintain ongoing reviews with Oper
