We are looking for a reliable and driven Rental Agent to manage and grow our portfolio of long-term and mid-term rental properties on the Costa Del Sol.

About us
We manage residential properties for international owners, focusing on stable, high-quality rentals for long-term tenants and mid-term stays (1-11 months).

Key responsibilities
- Manage rental listings across platforms and channels
- Handle tenant inquiries and conduct viewings
- Screen tenants and manage contracts
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Maintain communication with property owners
- Oversee property condition and coordinate maintenance when needed
- Optimize occupancy and rental performance

We are looking for someone who:
- Is organized, proactive, and results-driven




- Has strong communication and negotiation skills
- Speaks fluent English (Spanish is highly valuable)
- Has experience in long-term rentals, real estate, or property management
- Is comfortable handling contracts and tenant processes
- Has a driver’s license (preferred)
