Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive sales of ZOLL’s acute care medical equipment to EMS customers across Iberia, building a strong customer base through direct and indirect channels. You will manage a territory to meet quotas, lead distributor relationships, and support market expansion in pre-hospital settings. Expect substantial travel as you engage fire departments, ambulance services, and municipal agencies. You will help shape ZOLL’s footprint in the EMS market while delivering excellent service and training.

• Maintain and execute short- and long-term territory plans
• Identify opportunities and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline
• Grow market share within the assigned territory
• Ensure completion of appropriate technical scope reviews before sales
• Cultivate relationships with customers and distributors and onboard new high-potential distributors
• Provide sales training and ongoing support to align distributors with ZOLL’s brand and service standards




• Utilize targeted sales tools and marketing programs for growth and margin objectives
• Lead distributor management and serve as primary contact for distributor sales teams
• Execute a robust marketing and channel sales strategy for EMS sector
• Utilize Salesforce.com and provide required reports (expense, forecasts, activity)
• Deliver in-service education and product demonstrations to customers
• Track demonstration units and manage demo/evaluation inventory

Responsabilidades
• Strong strategic and customer-focused selling skills
• Excellent organizational and territory management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic technical and clinical knowledge to discuss ZOLL products
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years in medical device and/or EMS
• Demonstrated success in strategic selling and commercial execution with a customer orientation
• Fluency in Spanish and high level Engli
