Junior Yacht Sales Executive required in Puerto Banús - Southern Spain, Marbella
Monday - Friday hours with Saturday requirements during peak season
Opportunity to train towards Territory Manager role
We are looking for an individual with a basic level of sales experience and a passion for sales & customer service, who is genuinely interested in relocating to the sunny climates of Southern Spain.
This role has come around due to expansion of the business, and the successful individual will work alongside the current Territory Manager.
The Role:
To build longstanding relationships with customers, maximising on all sales opportunities.
Thorough and accurate qualification of customers, following a structured and professional sales process.
The role is based primarily in Puerto Banús, however some travel will be required to attend Boat Shows or other events.
Requirements:
Professional retail sales experience - preferably Marine, Prestige Brand Cars or Property.
Full driving licence.
Languages - English (essential) - bi
- or multi-lingual will be beneficial with Spanish (preferred), German (preferred), Dutch (preferred)
Positive attitude, willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Salary:
Starting salary is likely to be within the region of, equivalent to, £25,000. Commission will be guaranteed for the first 12 months at £12,000. Please bear in mind, as this is a Junior role, if you have senior experience and would require a starting higher salary, then this role will not be suitable for you.
