As part of our ambitious expansion plan, we are excited to strengthen our sales team by hiring a passionate and driven Sales professional. Based in Barcelona, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our RoRo logistics services, contributing directly to our continued growth and market development.

What You'll Do:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and definition of RoRo buyer.




- Build and grow a new customer portfolio, actively prospecting and generating qualified leads.
- Work closely with the Sales Team and the RoRo Logistics Director to set targets and deliver results.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
- Track competitor activity and gather market intelligence on rates, customers, and emerging opportunities.
- Plan and prioritize client meetings, preparing reports and tracking commercial performance.
- Develop and negotiate new projects, secure competitive rates, and close deals.
- Keep the CRM updated, support financial control, and contribute to forecasts and budget planning.
