_On a daily basis, you will:_:




- Utilize AI tools to streamline finance tasks, including Datev and Excel.
- Manage fiscal year closings and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with German payroll and tax laws.
- Deliver reliable results while meeting deadlines.
- Function independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Communicate effectively, using the BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front) method.
- Anticipate potential issues and act proactively to address them.

_The basics you bring along:_:
- Fluency in German (C1) and solid English skills (B2 - C1)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting role in a german entity, ideally in an international SME.
- Deep knowledge of Datev and German payroll/tax law.
- Work well within a team and have a fun-to-work-with attitude.
- Act with honesty and openly admit mistakes.
- Stay calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Pay great attention to detail in all your tasks
