About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - New Business to lead a team of 6-8 hunter Account Executives (mixed Comm 1 and Comm 2) in our EMEA Commercial organization.



You will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition, developing top sales talent, and building a high-performing hunter culture.

What You'll Do:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 hunter Account Executives- Drive team to exceed new logo ARR targets ($4-6M annually)- Achieve team quota attainment of 100%+ consistently- Maintain team retention rate of 85%+

Coaching & Development:
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with each team member- Conduct regular team meetings that inspire, excite and energise the team- Provide real-time coaching on calls, demos, and negotiations- Develop individualised performance improvement plans- Build prospecting excellence and hunter methodology expertise- Promote top performers and develop future leaders

Pipeline & Forecast Management:
- Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecast calls- Ensure team maintains 3x+ pipeline coverage- Provide accurate weekly/monthly fore
