Cualificaciones:
- Define and analyze requirements; develop/maintain project plans and documentation; manage project budget, capital and expenses; manage quality through acceptance testing; and lead post project retrospectives.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to prioritize projects, define requirements, design, develop, implement the required IT enablement to meet business requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.



Develop and monitor metrics and KPIs to track progress against targets
- Coordinate IT and business resources to successfully execute projects
- Manage project timeline, dependencies, and resources in coordination with integral IT teams and business teams
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and data protection standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess delivery effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure transparency and responsiveness.
- Lead quarterly Project Reviews and Portfolio Prioritization with regional leadership team.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend strategic investments.
- Travel: approximately 10-20%.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
