Your Responsibilities:




As a Senior Developer Experience (DevEx) Engineer, you play a key role in enabling and accelerating engineering teams working on the Nextlane Platform. Your mission is to improve developer productivity, reliability, and quality by building and operating the internal tooling, CI/CD foundations, and platform capabilities used by backend and platform teams. You act as a facilitator and force multiplier for product teams, working closely with backend engineers, platform engineers, and DevOps to reduce friction, standardize practices, and promote engineering excellence across the organization. This role is hands-on and strategic, with a strong focus on automation, selfservice, and scalable developer enablement in a microservices and cloud-native environment
