What the day will look like
- You’ll_ lead client-facing growth initiatives—owning propositions, managing _internal_ and e_xternal_ relationships, and driving pipeline creation and conversion. _You’ll_ combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver revenue and seed future growth._





Cliend leadership
- _ Act as _a_ _growth lead for Employee Experience propositions, ensuring seamless handover from sales to onboarding and _maintaining_ client confidence._
- Broker & Enterprise Engagement_
- _ Build and _maintain_ relationships with priority brokers and enterprise partners; co-create solution plays and run joint sessions (webinars, workshops)_
- Pipeline Ownership_
- _ Drive proactive pipeline management with 95% forecast accuracy; create new opportunities across brokers, enterprise clients, and new logos._
- RFP & Proposal Leadership_
- _ Lead high-quality responses for EX-related RFPs, ensuring compelling narratives and compliance._
- Expansion Strategy_
- _ Develop white-space maps and co-create expansion roadmaps for top clients; secure pilots for new services and _identify_ cross-sell opportunities._
- Data & Reporting_
- _ Maintain 100% accuracy in Aon Connect; deliver reven
