PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As part of the Global Marketing Organization, you will lead the development and execution of customer insight across general travel retail channels. This role uses different sources of information to build a deep understanding of travelers and markets, translating insights into strategic actions that enhance customer experience and drive growth. You will collaborate closely with Marketing teams (Communication, Advertising & Promotions), as well as Commercial, Digital, and Operations teams, working with regional and local teams worldwide. This role is based in Madrid Spain, and will report directly to the Global Digital Marketing Customer Insight Manag
