Coordinate service delivery to meet both customer expectations and Tata Steel standards.
Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to meet agreed customer service levels.
support Just-In-Time (JIT) stock operations when required.
Proven experience in customer service or an administrative role where precision and attention to detail are essential.
Fluency in Spanish & English (C1) is required; French is highly desirable.
