About the Role

Our client is seeking physically fit and reliable Aviation Ground Handlers to support aircraft operations at Queenstown Airport. This role is essential for the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including baggage handling, marshalling aircraft, assisting with cargo loading and unloading, and ensuring the overall safety of the ramp area. This is a hands-on position that requires teamwork, adherence to strict safety procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities

- Marshall aircraft into and out of parking bays safely.
- Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft.
- Service aircraft with necessary equipment (e.G., water, power units).
- Clean aircraft interiors and exteriors as required.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the ramp and ground equipment.




- Operate ground support equipment (GSE) such as tugs, loaders, and belt conveyors.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures meticulously.
- Aviation-specific training or experience is advantageous but not essential.
