Задачи

- Manage end-to-end delivery of software implementation and digital transformation projects;

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables;

- Lead cross-functional and distributed teams of Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and DevOps specialists;

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders;

- Provide regularproject updates and manage expectations;

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests;

- Coordinate the implementation and integration of enterprise solutions, APIs, and third-party systems;

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings;

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory frameworks;





- Maintain comprehensive project documentation;

- Track project performance, resource utilization, and key delivery metrics;

- Drive continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Требования
- 3+ Years of project management experience;

- Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies;

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;

- Experience coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams;

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;

- Ability to manage priorities, resolve blockers, and drive projects toward successful delivery;

- Experience withJira and Confluence;

- Upper-Intermediate English or above;

- Upper-Intermediate Spanish or above;

- Nice to have: SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification, French language proficiency. xhfqzwm
