Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier quality performance across naval and shipbuilding suppliers.
- Lead supplier qualification, audits and development activities.
- Manage non-conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct root cause analysis using 8D, RCCA and quality tools.
- Monitor supplier quality KPIs and improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with customer,



industry and classification society requirements.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
- Experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality or Supply Chain Quality within the naval, marine or shipbuilding sector.
- Experience managing supplier audits, NCRs and CAPA processes.
- Knowledge of:
- 8D
- RCCA
- CAPA
- FMEA
- Supplier Audits
- Quality Assurance Systems
- ISO 9001
- Experience working with international suppliers.

Nice to Have
Nice to Have
- Experience with naval programs, offshore projects or shipbuilding activities.
- Knowledge of IACS, DNV, Lloyd's Register, Bureau Veritas or other classification society requirements.
- Welding, fabrication or mechanical systems quality experience.
- Knowledge of marine equipment manufacturing and supplier qualification processes.
