Flight Test Instrumentation Systems Engineer

Responsibilities
Collect, capture, and challenge flight test means requirements in close contact with stakeholders to define and agree on a verification and validation strategy.
Support the design and production teams during the integration process of flight test means within the aircraft.
Coordinate with customers, airworthiness authorities, and external stakeholders to collect evidence and issue validation statements ensuring onboard systems are fit for purpose and safe.
Operate airborne and ground flight test means in compliance with safety standards, preparing functional checks and supporting active flight test campaigns.
Process and securely store flight test data according to required security classifications and deliver necessary data to the customer.
Maintain FTM configuration in airworthy condition by executing maintenance protocols and performing first-level troubleshooting as needed.
Skills
Education: Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial, Systems,
or related discipline).
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in systems engineering or flight test operations.
Soft skills: High adaptability to work on complex topics, strong collaboration capabilities, and effective networking skills across multi-site teams.
Languages: Native/Fluent level in Spanish and Advanced level in English (both written & spoken).
Technical knowledge: Systems Engineering methodology and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Valuable / Nice to have: Proficiency in French and/or German will be valued.
