Experteer Overview As Maintenance u0026amp; Instrumentation Engineer at AVL Iberica, you will lead maintenance planning and optimization for complex industrial and lab environments, ensuring equipment availability and reliability. You will coordinate internal and external resources, drive technical improvements, and act as a technical reference within the organization. You’ll work on modernization, automation, and continuous improvement of facilities and processes. Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, including calibrations and technical support for customers and users
Prioritize and organize maintenance tasks based on criticality, needs, and resources
Coordinate interventions by internal teams, suppliers, and external contractors
Ensure calibration and proper operation of instrumentation, data acquisition, and testing equipment
Analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Lead technical improvements to boost availability, reliability, and efficiency
Oversee maintenance documentation, procedures, and intervention records

Participate in modernization, automation, and continual improvement projects for facilities and processes

Responsabilidades
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
2-3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, instrumentation, or complex technological environments
Proven experience coordinating maintenance activities and managing priorities
