What Juryo is
We're building the revenue growth system for B2C law firms. Not a receptionist. Agents that actually run the firm: intake, sales, onboarding, customer support, payments. A lead comes in, the agent qualifies it, closes it, chases the paperwork and collects the payment. Any channel, any hour.
Seven months ago there was no revenue and two of us in a room. Now we're ten people, past €1M ARR, live in Spain and the UK, and 30+ firms run their day to day on our agents. Real clients, real calls, real money on the line.
The role
The agents need software to run on. You build it.
You join the founding team, which means you don't inherit an architecture, you shape it. The decisions you make in the next six months are the ones the company lives with for years. You own whole parts of the product end to end, from the database to the screen a firm looks at every morning, and you ship them into production while clients are using the system.
In practice:
- You build the layer the agents operate on: the pipelines, the workflows, the plumbing that has to hold when a client's entire operation depends on it.
- You own verticals, not tickets. Nobody hands you a slice of someone else's feature.
- You ship daily. What you write this week is in front of lawyers next week, and their feedback comes straight back to you.
- When something breaks in production, you fix it. There's nobody else to hand it to, and that's the point.
- You get pretty much unlimited tokens. Whatever you want to build, whatever agents you want to run, we're not going to be the bottleneck.
Who we're looking for
- You're an AI native coder. You don't type every line, you direct the tools, you run multiple agents in parallel, you supervise the output and you build systems around it. It shows in how much you ship.
- You've built and shipped real software that real people use. Probably inside a bigger engineering org, where you learned how to do it properly.
- You're done with the slow version of that. The process, the three week decisions, the feeling that your work disappears into a machine. You want a direct line between what you build and what the product becomes.
- You can hold your own judgement. There's no roadmap handed down, so you decide what matters and you defend it.
- You work hard. We're a small group of people who want to make a dent and we put the hours in. If that sounds heavy rather than exciting, this isn't the place.
- You're in Barcelona or ready to relocate. This is fully on site.
The tools we work with
Nice to have, not a checklist. We care a lot more about how fast you pick things up.
- Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind
- Backend: Node.js, Supabase and Postgres, Vercel infrastructure (Queues, Workflows, Cron, Sandbox)
- AI: Vercel AI SDK, Eve, OCR, evals
- Debugging and observability: Braintrust, Postman
- Infrastructure: Turborepo, Vercel
What we offer
- The ride of a lifetime. Very few companies anywhere move at this speed with this ambition, let alone in Spain.
- A high-performing team that's also fun to be around, and the steepest learning curve you can imagine. We're at the start of probably the biggest technology shift yet, and you get to shape it.
- Independence to decide how you work and move fast.
- Above-market base. You should be focused on building, not on your finances.
- Meaningful equity. We'll ask you to think like an owner because you'll be one.
How to apply
Email . Three lines on why we should hire you, plus your GitHub or LinkedIn. That's it. We don't read applications that come through the LinkedIn button.
