In this role, you will help shape and run Grifols’ global Competition (Antitrust) Compliance Program, partnering with business teams to identify and manage competition law risks, implement practical controls, and promote a culture of compliance across regions.
Implement and monitor the General Antitrust Compliance Program,



in line with Grifols’ Competition Policy and SOPs.
Support competition risk assessments across business units, functions, and services, based on identified compliance obligations (concentrations/merger control excluded).
Help design and implement controls and processes aligned to risk assessments, avoiding redundancies with other compliance programs (e.g., Anti-Corruption) and maximizing synergies.
Maintain a control matrix reflecting key competition risks and the controls in place to mitigate them.
Escalate and report potential violations of applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies to the Director, Corporate Compliance Programs.
Support investigations and documentation of allegations of potential breaches of competition laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on competition compliance matters.
