Gather and translate business requirements into clear, decision-enabling dashboards and analyses.
Develop, enhance, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, ensuring consistency, usability, and high-quality user experiences.




Manage analytics and dashboard development projects from scope definition through delivery and continuous improvement.
Build a strong understanding of data sources, structures, and flows across CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms.
Ensure dashboards are intuitive, actionable, and accessible to business users with minimal training.
Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and related processes.
Participate in ERP, CRM, and BI governance activities and serve as a regional point of reference for business users.
Identify data quality issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable improvement solutions.
Support stakeholders with ad hoc analyses and deep-dive investigations to address complex business questions.
Guide and support regional users in adopting and effectively utilizing BI tools and dashboards.
Design and deliver training sessions that increase data literacy and user adoption.
