About the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team in Valencia in a full-time position.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their career in account management within an international and growing industry. The successful candidate will support the Account Management team in building strong relationships with our business partners and providing an excellent level of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of client accounts.
- Assist with the onboarding of new partners.
- Respond to client requests and coordinate with internal teams.




- Help monitor account performance and prepare basic reports.
- Follow up on projects, game launches, and pending actions.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and develop client relationships.
- Keep account information and internal systems up to date.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive, responsible, and positive attitude.
- Ability to manage different tasks and priorities.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets and digital tools.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Italian will be highly valued.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable.
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, or the iGaming industry is welcome but not essential.
