In this role, you redesign, test, and implement payment structures to boost rider engagement across Glovo’s global logistics network. You combine data analysis, modeling, and experimentation to drive scalable, fair compensation mechanisms. You will influence key KPIs that affect operational costs and investment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address regional rider needs. The opportunity centers on shaping payment design and using data to optimize logistics performance at scale.

• Redesign courier pay framework to improve operational metrics across regions
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and drivers for optimization
• Own the experimentation process (A/B tests, switchback tests) and assess impact before rollout




• Monitor performance of payment strategies and adjust based on data-driven insights
• Understand local rider needs and perspective across markets
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
• 2+ years in a data analytics role translating insights into business actions
• Advanced SQL for complex querying
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and orchestration
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Excellent problem-solving xqbhyrx and analytical skills
• Fluent English
• Comfort in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
• Strong communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
