Program Summary KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.
Job Summary Manages an assigned operational segment of Engineering by directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals. Contributes to business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients. Monitors and supports the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen,



and prioritize opportunities to optimize utilization of resources. Identifies market trends, applications for existing and new technologies, and communicates best practices throughout the company as assigned. Optimizes results for customers as well as the company by establishing goals and objectives for operations and making operational decisions. Contributes to the early development of strategy through the implementation and execution phases. Typically requires an undergraduate degree in a related technical field and 10-12 years’ industry experience.
