Experteer Overview In this role you drive value for clients using JPMorgan’s Workplace Solutions product suite, focusing on post‑sales relationship management and revenue growth. You will partner with clients and internal specialists to optimise deployment and outcomes, while ensuring high customer satisfaction across named accounts. You’ll work with implementations, operations and service teams to resolve issues and identify new value. This role combines relationship leadership with opportunity spotting to grow existing accounts in a cloud-enabled environment.

Responsabilidades

Share Plan Experience is essential
Experience in Relationship Management in integral companies
Proactive by nature and trusted adviser mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of nurturing multi-level client relationships
Ability to lead, solve complex problems creatively, and manage multiple initiatives
Ability to understand customer requirements and identify up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities
