We are seeking an International B2B Sales Manager with at least 3 years of international sales experience in the technology sector, ideally within IoT, Satellite Communications (Satcom), M2M, or telemetry solutions. The selected candidate will drive new business development, manage existing global accounts, and expand the companys presence across international markets through a consultative and results-oriented sales approach.
Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B opportunities in international markets.
Execute cold outreach strategies and build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
Deliver commercial presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored value propositions.
Manage the full sales cycle: needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.




Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing integral customers.
Continuously monitor account performance to identify additional upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage renewals, contract negotiations, and long-term customer engagement.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar) for accurate tracking of leads, activities, and sales forecasts.
Prepare reliable forecasts and manage key commercial performance metrics (KPIs).
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Technical Support teams to ensure a smooth and customer-centric sales cycle.
Technical-Commercial Coordination
Translate customer technical requirements into compelling commercial proposals.
RFQ and Tender Management
Receive, analyze, and respond to RFQs, RFPs, and international tender processes.
