Experteer Overview In Xe, you will own the end-to-end development of backend services that power cross-border money movement. You will contribute to rebuilding the platform layer, work with product/compliance/operations, and ship capabilities in a small, fast-moving team backed by Euronet. You’ll leverage AI-assisted coding tools to design, test, and deploy reliable services in production. This is an opportunity to shape critical money-movement infrastructure at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

Build backend services that move money and manage multi-currency balances across domains (onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement)

Partner with product, compliance, and operations from problem framing through launch

Build and operate partner integrations and settlement infrastructure your services depend on

Own services in production including reliability, observability, on-call, and incident response





Use agentic coding tools across the SDLC to modernize legacy services with architects and team leads

Responsabilidades

3 to 6 years building production backend services, end-to-end

Strong backend proficiency in C# / .NET; other OOP languages accepted

SQL and relational database fundamentals

Writing and maintaining tests

Daily use of agentic coding tools across the SDLC

Production experience with AWS (SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, Lambda)

Strong system design fundamentals (distributed systems, async/event-driven)

Strong written and verbal communication
