Were looking for a Senior Observability Engineer to join a general team building a next-generation observability platform powered by AI and Big Data. The mission is to predict, prevent, and analyze complex disruptions across large-scale enterprise environments while delivering end-to-end visibility across applications, networks, and infrastructure. Youll work closely with international teams across Europe, helping shape the future of observability through automation, advanced monitoring, and AI-driven operational insights. What Youll Do * Understand business and technical observability requirements from internal stakeholders. * Manage and oversee external managed service providers and vendors. * Take end-to-end ownership of the observability ecosystem, including:



* Infrastructure design * Tool development and automation * CI/CD deployments * Operational monitoring * Continuous improvement initiatives * Work with technologies such as: * Grafana * Gigamon * Traffic Broker * Cisco * ThousandEyes * Zabbix * ELK Stack * Identify new ways to generate business value from monitoring and operational data. * Drive AI adoption and automation within observability processes. * Collaborate with globally distributed teams to improve visibility, reliability, and performance across enterprise environments.
