The role
We’re looking for a commercially driven

Head of Partnerships

to build partnerships into a meaningful growth channel for Xcite.

You’ll own our creator, streamer, influencer and brand partnership strategy, building the channel from the ground up and driving both acquisition and long-term brand value. You’ll manage the partnerships budget end to end and be accountable for commercial performance, from sourcing and negotiating deals through to execution and measuring return.

What you’ll be doing

Own the partnerships budget end to end — allocation across partners and deal types, pacing, and accountability for the return on every USD committed

Forecast and model channel performance: build the business case for each deal before it is signed, and the forecast the wider marketing plan relies on





Own ROAS calculation and reporting for the channel, working to the same payback and CAC standards as every other channel

Own the partnerships contribution to FTPs, CAC and payback

Build the creator, streamer and influencer programme from a handful of early relationships into a repeatable acquisition channel

Source, negotiate and close five- and seven-figure brand partnership, sponsorship and co-marketing deals with corporations and media owners

Build a qualified pipeline of larger-scale opportunities and manage it to a predictable close rate

Own commercial terms end to end: deal structures, rate negotiation, contracting with Legal, and performance management of live partnerships

Line-manage and develop the Partnerships & Community Executive

Build the commercial playbook: deal structures, approval thresholds, partner onboarding, performance review cadence

Represent Xcite at industry events and build the partner network
