Fluency in English is required for this role. ✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ 8 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UX/UI Designer. Advanced proficiency with Figma for end-to-end product design. Strong UX and UI design expertise across web and mobile experiences. Solid knowledge of Design Systems, interaction design, responsive design, and mobile-first principles . Familiarity with analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, CRO methodologies, and A/B testing tools . Proven experience designing and shipping scalable digital products within eCommerce, retail, marketplace,



or digital-first environments . Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Design and optimize user journeys across discovery, consideration, purchase, and post-purchase experiences. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma . Contribute to the evolution and scalability of the company's Design System . Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences. Participate in user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and conversion optimization initiatives.
