We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: Monitor, log and trace applications and platforms using Grafana Cloud technologies. Build dashboards and diagnose ingestion, cardinality and performance issues. Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions and Git Lab CI/CD. Manage infrastructure and observability resources through Terraform and Git Ops practices. Develop automation tooling using Python, Bash, REST APIs and JSON integrations. Handle alerting, incident response, escalation processes and runbook maintenance. Manage incidents, service requests and changes through Service Now following ITSM practices.
