Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process.
- Keep customer requirements updated in our system.
- Build an intimate relationship with dsm-firmenich customers & internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports and information to stakeholders.
- Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary.




- Manage daily escalations & issues.
- Open, follow up customer’s non-conformities.

You bring
- Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics.
- Minimum of 2 years’ job-related experience.
- You have an advanced level of English. French is nice to have.
