You will work in a hands-on engineering environment supporting our Trusted Connectivity solutions, collaborating closely with Development, Product, Release and Global Support teams. This role combines: Linux & Systems | Telecommunications | Software | Networking | Databases | Cloud | Production Operations Importantly, this is not simply a ticket-based support role. You will investigate complex issues, identify root causes, support deployments, develop operational tools and contribute to improving the reliability and efficiency of our platforms.
