We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: Operate and evolve an enterprise event management ecosystem based on Splunk ITSI. Own the episode lifecycle, including correlation, aggregation, prioritisation and remediation activities. Onboard new monitoring sources from ingestion through production deployment. Manage integrations across monitoring, ITSM and on-call platforms. Design and deliver automated remediation capabilities and recovery actions. Build and maintain AI-assisted operational agents and knowledge retrieval capabilities. Evaluate, pilot and support migrations to new AIOps platforms and tooling.
