We are looking for a RF Design Engineer with experience in RF transmission and reception architectures, mixed-signal analog/digital design, RF power amplifiers, compact RF circuits, and RF simulation to join projects focused on space communications, satellite systems, and advanced RF technologies.

What will you do?
- Design detailed RF architectures for transmission and reception across multiple frequency bands.
- Develop mixed analog/digital designs and compact RF circuits, including System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions.
- Design and analyze RF Power Amplifiers using GaN, GaAs, and LDMOS technologies,



including high-efficiency architectures.
- Perform linear and nonlinear RF simulations using ADS or similar tools and analog simulations using LTSPICE or equivalent.
- Operate and characterize systems using RF laboratory equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
- Contribute to technical documentation, design justification, and system-level integration activities.
