Role Purpose:
The EU Pricing Strategy Partner will support country teams to improve margin performance within the Endpoint Solution business. This role combines business acumen, pricing expertise , and technical capabilities to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and drive sustainable profitability improvements across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Excellence: Support implementation of pricing frameworks, including all trade margin components to ensure accurate margin management and prevent leakage.
- Margin Optimization: Analyze country-level performance, identify leakage points, and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage SAP and other tools to extract, validate , and interpret data for decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with country profit managers, finance, and commercial teams to align on goals and deliver results.
- Process Improvement: Standardize and optimize profit management processes across countries for scalability and efficiency.
- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs,



monitor progress, and report on margin improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Education: Master 's degree in Business , Finance, Economics, or related field ( Master's preferred).
- Experience: 3 + years in profit management, pricing, or financial consulting roles.
- Proven track record of delivering margin improvement projects in a multinational environment.

Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of SAP (pricing, condition records , margin analysis).
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).

Business Skills:
- Strong understanding of commercial models, pricing strategies, and P&L; drivers.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Soft Skills:
- Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across cultures.
